Description
Este artículo surgió ante la poca disponibilidad de información sistemática sobre las prácticas pedagógicas que ocurren al interior del nivel inicial. Por ende, se reporta una investigación de carácter descriptivo-documental que tuvo como asunto de interés indagatorio las prácticas de aula, llevadas a cabo con infantes de cinco años de edad, ejecutadas por cuatro equipos de docentes participantes en una Especialidad en Educación Inicial, en República Dominicana. El corpus del estudio estuvo constituido por cuatro “cuadernillos”, donde dichos docentes expusieron los pormenores de sus prácticas, los cuales, fueron sometidos a un análisis cualitativo de contenido. Esto permitió identificar algunos de sus saberes pedagógicos desarrolla-dos, además, inferir que la documentación de la práctica contribuye con la revalorización de la cotidianidad del ejercicio docente, puesto que al documentarla y, por ende, hacerla explícita, la práctica se convierte en un texto susceptible de ser analizado, reflexionado y cuestionado, lo cual sirve de base para reestructurarla, por tanto, ejecutarla de una mejor manera durante acciones docentes futuras.
This article arose due to the scarcity of systematic information on the pedagogical practices that occur within the initial level. Therefore, a descriptive-documentary investigation was reported that had as a matter of investigative interest the classroom practices, carried out with infants of five years of age, executed by four teams of teachers participating in a Specialty in Initial Education in the Republic. Dominican. The corpus of the study consisted of four “cuadernillos”, where said teachers explained the de-tails of their practices, which were subjected to a qualitative content analysis. This allowed identifying some of their developed pedagogical knowledge; and, in addition, to infer that the documentation of the practice contributes with the revaluation of the daily routine of the teaching exercise; since, by documenting it and, therefore, making it explicit, the practice becomes a text capable of being analyzed, reflected and questioned, which serves as a basis for restructuring it and, therefore, executing it in a better way during future teaching actions.
