El trabajo que se presenta realiza un estudio de los resul-tados obtenidos en el programa académico de maestría en Estudios Históricos y de Antropología Sociocultural Cubana, que se imparte para la formación de egresados de las ciencias sociales y humanísticas desde hace más de diez años. Una investigación exploratoria descriptiva desde el paradigma cualitativo, que utilizó el análisis de contenido, la hermenéutica y la fenomenología, permitió concluir que el programa logra desde la gestión de proyectos his-tóricos y antropológicos, resultados significativos que se tipifican como innovación social, al aportar transforma-ciones en servicios de salud, la educación, el turismo, las artes y lo comunitario en su aplicación en seis provincias cubanas.
The work presented carries out a study of the results ob-tained in the academic master’s program in Historical Studies and Cuban Socio-cultural Anthropology, which is taught for the formation of graduates of the social and humanistic sciences for more than ten years. A descriptive exploratory investigation from the qualitative paradigm, which used content analysis, hermeneutics and phenome-nology, allowed us to conclude that the program achieves from the management of historical and anthropological projects, significant results that are typified as social inno-vation, by providing transformations in health, education, tourism, arts and community services in its application in six Cuban provinces.
