The Growth Hormone Deficiency is the most common form of hypopituitarism on child. Since the childhood is associate with decrease of the lean mass and increase of the body fat; insulin resistance and the unfavorable profile of lipids and glucaemia. All these factors accelerate the atherosclerosis and promote the high cardiovascular morbility.en-US
