El articulo presenta la perspectiva cristiana del ecofeminismo, conjunción del feminismo y el movimiento ecológico, que, rescatando la experiencia femenina, menospreciada por las religiones, presenta una espiritualidad y reflexión teológica holista que propugna la vinculación de los seres humanos con la Tierra y, a la vez, la interconexión entre todos los seres vivos. Por su articulación con otros movimientos, el ecofeminismo constituye un aporte valioso en la construcción de los nuevos paradigmas de transformación cultural.
This article describes the Christian perspective of ecofeminism —the Joining of feminism and the ecological movement— which validates the female experience that organized religions have scorned and proposes an holistic spirituality and theology advocating the interconnectedness of humans and the Earth as well as the connections between all living beings. Because of its links with other movements, ecofeminism is a signincant contribution to the construction of new paradigms of cultural transformation.
