dc.descriptionIn this essay I try to demonstrate that the source of subjectivity is not in the marks that the scientific researcher inevitably captures in his speech, but in its quality. I argue that a dose of subjectivity at some stages of the scientific production process is not only healthy, but unavoidable, so that the cancellation of the subject of the research and the absolute requirement that it might eventually appear as a grammatical subject of some statements have no scientific basis. I point out self-referentiality, modalization, confirmation bias, subjective weighting, expressions without empirical foundations, prejudice, and the adjectives and adverbs of quantification or weighting as a source of pernicious subjectivity. dc.descriptionEn este ensayo procuro demostrar que las fuentes de la subjetividad no están en las marcas que inevitablemente plasme el investigador científico en su discurso, sino en el rigor y claridad del mismo. Defiendo que una dosis de subjetividad en algunas etapas del proceso de producción científica no solo es saludable, sino inevitable, por lo que no tiene fundamentación científica la cancelación del sujeto de la investigación y la prescripción absoluta de su eventual aparición como sujeto gramatical de algunos enunciados. Señalo como fuente de subjetividad perniciosa la autorreferencialidad, la modalización, el sesgo de confirmación, la ponderación subjetiva, las expresiones sin fundamentos empíricos, los prejuicios y adjetivos y los adverbios de cuantificación o ponderación. Mis reflexiones tienen como base metodológica y sustentación teórica el análisis crítico del discurso y la filosofía de la ciencia.es-ES
