El propósito de este artículo es analizar la forma en que los servicios tecnológicos desarrollados en un centro de investigación para el sector agropecuario han contribuido a la mejora de procesos de I+D+i y se alinean con las tendencias mundiales en tecnologías para el cambio técnico. Lo anterior, como insumo para orientar el fortalecimiento de capacidades y dinamizar la oferta de servicios en favor de la competitividad del sector. La metodología de este análisis contempló el uso de herramientas de inteligencia competitiva y vigilancia tecnológica, enfocadas al análisis de publicaciones científicas asociadas a los servicios tecnológicos ofertados. Esta metodología abarcó un diseño secuencial de tres fases, que tuvieron como resultado el estado actual de contribución de los servicios tecnológicos de laboratorio a la generación de conocimiento científico en ocho ejes de trabajo. A partir de este análisis se generó una propuesta de hoja de ruta para el fortalecimiento y alineación de los servicios tecnológicos de laboratorio del centro de investigación, frente a las tendencias en el contexto mundial.
The purpose of this article is to analyze the way in which the technological services developed in a research center for the agricultural sector have contributed to the improvement of R & D processes and are aligned with world trends in technologies for technical change. The above, as an input to guide the strengthening of capacities and boost the supply of services in favor of the competitiveness of the sector. The methodology of this analysis contemplated the use of competitive intelligence and technological surveillance tools, focused on the analysis of scientific publications associated with the technological services offered. This methodology encompassed a three-phase sequential design that resulted in the current state of contribution of laboratory technological services to the generation of scientific knowledge in eight lines of work. Based on this analysis, a roadmap proposal was generated for the strengthening and alignment of the technological laboratory services of the research center, in the face of trends in the world context.
