Este artículo trata los aspectos más relevantes acerca de los programas de bienestar organizacional, como parte de las innovaciones dentro del área de gestión humana y la transformación cultural que viven las empresas. En sentido general, se abordará temas relacionados a su fundamento, necesariamente anclado a la Psicología Positiva y Psicología Organizacional Positiva; asimismo, se verificará algunos casos de implementación de programas de bienestar en instituciones de renombre como muestra de la popularidad de los mismos y, finalmente se presentarán los datos y resultados que evidencian su eficacia e impacto en indicadores de gestión, tales como: rotación, productividad, compromiso, Net Promoter Score del Empleado (eNPS); e incluso en la satisfacción del cliente, partiendo de que un colaborador feliz y comprometido, genera mejores resultados.
This article deals with the most relevant aspects of organisational wellbeing programmes, as part of the innovations in the area of human management and the cultural transformation that companies are undergoing. In a general sense, it will address issues related to its foundation, necessarily anchored to Positive Psychology and Positive Organisational Psychology; also, it will verify some cases of implementation of wellness programmes in renowned institutions as a sample of their popularity and, finally, it will present the data and results that demonstrate their effectiveness and impact on management indicators, such as: turnover, productivity, commitment, Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS); and even in customer satisfaction, based on the fact that a happy and committed collaborator generates better results.
