dc.descriptionThe purpose of this article is to propose a training path for the directive personal of educational institutions in the fourth industrial revolution perspective. This is based, theoretically, on a documentary review of industry 4.0 and, methodologically, in the cycle policy (Schwab, 2016; Aguilar 1993). From the results obtained, it is possible to contribute to the generation of a directive profile capable of renewing its management and taking decisions that answer to the institutional transformation agenda and the demands of the productive sector. In conclusion, the present proposal was applied at the National Polytechnic Institute, a Mexican institution of middle and high-level education, and is shared so that homologous institutions can extrapolate, dialogue or modify it, depending on its context.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objetivo de este artículo es proponer una trayectoria de formación para personal directivo de instituciones educativas en la perspectiva de la cuarta revolución industrial. Esta se sustenta teóricamente en una revisión documental sobre industria 4.0 y metodológicamente en el ciclo de la política (Schwab, 2016; Aguilar, 1993). A partir de los resultados obtenidos, es posible aportar a la construcción de perfil directivo, capaz de renovar su gestión y tomar decisiones que respondan a la agenda de transformación institucional y a las demandas del sector productivo. En conclusión, la propuesta realizada se aplicó en el Instituto Politécnico Nacional o IPN, una institución mexicana de nivel medio y superior, y se comparte para que instituciones homólogas la extrapolen, dialoguen o modifiquen, según su contexto.es-ES
