It is established that the best definition for autism is derived from experiences lived by people with this condition, therefore, their voices are offered, relating actions and expressions with cognitive processes explained psychologically. Creativity, emotion, communication and language are approached from the experiences of three outstanding people, Temple Grandin, John E. Finally, the article focuses on the relationship between art and wellbeing and highlights its benefit applied to therapeutic proposals and deep knowledge of the Self, as an important figure of the psyche.
