2023-09-172023-09-17https://repositoriobiblioteca.intec.edu.do/handle/123456789/6222An aeromycological study was carried out to identify the role of some meteorological parameters that affect the process of proliferation of fungal spores in atmospheric gases. The objective was to identify airborne mushrooms in seven points of the City of Santo Domingo. The exposed plate method was applied, where the sedimentation of air particles occurs. The fungi identified and present in all the research sampling were the genera Alternaria, Aspergillus, Cladosporium and Penicillium. It is established that the highest concentration levels of spores correspond to the months of March and September and for the lowest levels were the months of July and August. Variations in meteorological parameters are projected to exert strong pressure on the spatial and temporal distribution of spores.  Un estudio aeromicológico se efectuó para identificar el rol de algunos parámetros meteorológicos que inciden en el proceso de la proliferación de esporas fúngicas en los gases de la atmósfera. El objetivo fue identificar los hongos aeronavegantes en siete puntos de la ciudad de Santo Domingo. Se aplicó el método de la placa expuesta, donde ocurre la sedimentación de las partículas del aire. Los hongos identificados y presentes en todo el muestreo de la investigación fueron los géneros Alternaria, Aspergillus, Cladosporium y Penicillium. Se establece que los niveles de mayor concentración de esporas corresponden a los meses de marzo y septiembre, y para los niveles más bajos fueron los meses de julio y agosto.
