Therefore, neurolinguistic programming in the learning of a second language in the adult population will allow through its techniques to help the student in the linguistic instructional process, consequently achieving their motivation. It concludes with the importance of the implementation of neuro-linguistic programming as well as its techniques to achieve student success.La pérdida motivacional estudiantil es un hecho que enfrentan hoy día los sistemas educativos a nivel mundial. Conocer cómo los líderes educacionales pueden ayudar a los educandos a activar su interés mediante la instrucción será esencial.
