2024-03-252024-03-25https://repositoriobiblioteca.intec.edu.do/handle/123456789/6842The descriptive analysis of the perceptions of transferable skills of students and teachers of a university education institution that teaches Degrees in Performing Arts, Cinematography, Music, Fine Arts, and Photography is shared. Including transferable skills in higher artistic education can favor students' personal and professional development and promote their employability. With this hypothesis, the perception of students and teachers about these skills is investigated through a comparative-descriptive study with a quantitative methodology. The results identify that the skills least valued by both groups are precisely those demanded by the employer sector. Secondly, there are apparent differences in the evaluations made by teachers and students and between the five artistic branches. Finally, there is a need to include these skills to improve the employability of graduates.Se comparte el análisis descriptivo de las percepciones sobre destrezas transferibles del alumnado y docentes de una institución de educación universitaria que imparte grados en Artes Escénicas, Cinematografía, Música, Bellas Artes y Fotografía. Se considera que la inclusión de destrezas transferibles en la enseñanza artística superior puede favorecer el desarrollo personal y profesional del estudiantado y promover su empleabilidad. Con esta hipótesis se indaga en la percepción del alumnado y profesorado con relación a estas destrezas a través de un estudio comparativo-descriptivo con una metodología cuantitativa. En los resultados se identifica en primer lugar, que las destrezas menos valoradas por ambos colectivos son precisamente las que reclama el sector empleador. En segundo lugar, existen claras diferencias en las valoraciones realizadas por el profesorado y por el alumnado y entre las cinco ramas artísticas.
